I own a small business which often takes credit card numbers over the phone as a deposit. We recently had a customer no show, and she contested through her credit card company when we charged her (she claims it wasn’t explained when she gave us her #). The credit card company took her side and said it is policy to allow anyone contesting to get their money back if there is no signature. How can this be? So many hotels and services take card #’s as deposits!

you only get like a 1000.00 a month, why even go through the trouble meaning the ones that really don’t need it, others that need it great for them but the others getting it and thinking and bragging how they are on it, wow! great for you, you get a 1000 dollars a month, not a week but for the whole month, I mean come on. On top of it, I know a couple people that are on it by fooling the system and they are dirt bags and this and that, really you could make a really cool place for self and have all kinds of stuff especially if you get on section 8 housing, jeez you could have your plasma tv and all the cool electronics and tech and whatever car you want by simply saving money, but the problem is that most of these people don’t know how to save money, like so many others that are not on programs, they cant save money for who knows why.

Im looking for a Store where i can try on a pair of Beatle Boots for Comfort to check um out. I dont wanna toss up the money online if im not going to like them. Any Suggestions? Thanks!

The Blue Crane (Anthropoides paradisea) is a critically endangered bird in South Africa.

A 10 hectare plot with a seasonal wetland is for sale to the north of Pretoria. In a good year 3 pairs of blue cranes breed there. If I can raise $135 000 I can buy the plot and fence the wetland to protect the cranes. I have the equivelent of $15 000 that I will contribute to start the project.

The questions I have are:
1.) What should I sell on e-bay to raise the money? No invoicing would be done unless the money can be raised. The options that I can think of are:
a.) A share in a trust owning the plot
b.) A framed certificate recording the donation
c.) A free lifetime access pass to stay in a chalet on the plot

those who make wiki.org articles do so free of charge. its open-sourced and user-edited. i use it all the time. wikipedia.org now accepts donations. do you think there will ever be a point where wiki will distribute any funds to the contributors? it doesnt seem fair for wiki to collect money for services it did not have to pay anyone to perform.

which is a good thing because alot of the new york subway trains are old, but the white people are saying that that money can be used for other stuff like education, or better roads, or for the enviorment, why are white people like this?
