what bars/nightclubs should an experienced bartender in houston tx apply to in order to make some good money?

i am a 10 year veteran of the bar industry here in houston; however, i just took about a year off from working for various personal reasons and am now ready to get back to what i can do so very well. i am an attractive, funny female with a knack for conversation and for pouring a fantastic drink. the only problem is i have no idea where all the money is to be made now-a-days, seeing as i haven’t set foot in a bar or club in 12 long months. any ideas are appreciated, also if anybody knows whether the bar is actually hiring or not that info would be helpful as well. one last thing….innerloop/montrose/midtown/downtown would be my preference on location.
