15 million is correct. This version of the game has all dollar amounts 10000 times what they are in the original version (move decimal point 2 places left and change “dollars” to “million dollars”).

Hasbro/Parker Brothers is very good about providing information (parts, instruction sheets [rules], FAQs and recall info) for their products online…

I didn’t find a separate instruction sheet for the “World Edition” – since it’s a fairly new release, perhaps they hadn’t gotten it downloaded yet… Here is the instruction sheet link for the standard “Monopoly Here and Now Edition”:
(A 9-page color detailed product overview and game instruction PDF document.)

For Monopoly Here and Now Edition, the money is “the same”, just instead of the denominations being simply “thousands”, it’s in “millions”, “hundred thousands” and “tens of thousands” – Cost of Living increase, I guess *LOL*

Each player gets a total of $15,000,000 dispensed as follows:
(2) of $5,000,000
(2) of $1,000,000
(2) of $500,000
(6) of $200,000
(5) of $100,000
(5) of $50,000
(5) of $10,000

All remaining money and other equipment go to the Bank.

Seems there’s always question about “Free Parking”… the official rules statement is:
““Free Parking”…A player landing on this place does not receive any money, property or reward of any kind. This is just a “free” resting place.”

However many people play that monies are put into “Free Parking” and are collected when this space is landed upon (this is called using “house rules”):
“House Rules”
House rules are rules applying only in a certain location or organization. A common use of the term is to signify a deviation of game play from the official rules. The usage of house rules is encouraged in a number of official game materials, as a way to personalize the game.
