Do you think the money donation can hundred percent to the disaster?

I came across this question when i was passing by a fund rising booth for some disaster country organized by a famous charity institution.
I wonder if i donate some money would the money arrive the country ?
I don’t think the money could 100percent to the country that i donate for.
