Does anyone know how I can get my hands on the owner of Macy’s direct email?

I want to bring back Frango mints. Not the fake crap in the boxes but the REAL Frango mints, I want to email the owner directly so I can tell him/her what an insult it is that they put that crap in the Frango Boxes.

Just call the manager of any Macy”s store & ask her to give you the 800 number of the coorporate. I did that once , & it was given to me. But, i tossed it out. then call & ask for the top president of the company there, & complain! Good luck

I agree with Nanoosh that your best luck is to call the 800 number. However, even if you did get a hold of his personal company email there are several stages of people and procedures that the email has to get through to even make it to his computer. If it isn’t internal, and it does manage to somehow get that high up in the ranks and not tossed by the wayside, the secretary would deal with those matters. In all honesty, companies really dont care what the consumer wants, they just do what they want and the customer has to either accept it or go to another store, which will in the end do the same thing.
