should i reply to craigslist job posting or email the company directly?

There’s a post on craiglist for a temporary admin job with a law firm and i’ve researched the firm and obtained a direct hr email. Would that be better than applying through the craiglist post or would my app get lost in the process?

You can just reply through the craigslist post. Sometimes, the craigslist ads go straight to the HR emails anyway. Your application won’t be lost as all resumes go to the same email location. You don’t want to look too desperate by emailing them directly first.
What I recommend is apply through the ad, and if you don’t hear back from them in a week, THEN email HR directly.
