FANTASTIC SCAM’S?

I had my hair dyed today, completely the wrong color. I had even brought in a picture. I paid ended up paying 85 bucks because my hair was “long” (shoulder length is so long that 45 turns into 85?) for a color I didn’t want. Has anybody ever gotten their money back from Fantastic Sam’s?
I had originally dyed it myself, for about 6 year, i just wanted a dark red that i was having trouble finding in stores, instead i look like a crayola. And they did offer up to 7 days to fix it, but to be quite frank if they didn’t get it right the first time why would i trust a second time?

that really sucks, that’s why i always just dye my hair myself.
you should totally go back there or call and demand your money back or for them to redo your hair.

If you are not happy with a service you should have not paid them.Go back with your receipt talk to the manager and demand your money back

dont go there i got my hair cut there once i asked for 2 inches of i got 4 and 1/2 i was gowning my hair back out from when i cut 20 inches off from locks for love
