Even if your screen name has no direct connection to your email address, why is your profile a blank?

It would be nice to have an idea of “Whom I’m chatting with or playing against” when I’m in Yahoo Games.
Lately is seems that its just getting more and more impersonal in the chatrooms and in the games – rooms.
Of course it doesn’t help that the new format of the Window for the Pool rooms make it very difficult to chat with an opponent. IM’s only make it easier for potential hackers to jack into your PC, bypassing your firewalls – that *****.

I think the main reason people are afraid to put information in their profile that will get them unwanted contact or attention. Whether that’s because of spammers, women who don’t want yucky attention from men, etc.
Also, I would suspect it’s liking anonymity. There can be something freeing of being an uknown, and letting your actions speak for you.
Ultimately, I don’t know why (as I have a profile, ninimal as it is); though I decided to guess and comment anyway… 
Finally… Why don’t *you* have a profile on here?
