I nanny at home, and am pregnant, any ways to make extra money?

I nanny my friends 2.5 yr old, and am 18 weeks pregnant. How can I bring in a little extra money from home, while I am waiting to find/watch more children.

you can make money online
some websites give you money for certain things
like just clicking on their sponsors

I go to criagslist. I buy and re sell alot of items. I clean houses on the side. I sew on the side.
