how much money must go to ****** cancer if a store is selling a ****** cancer item?

I was at the store and there was a ****** cancer bracelet, but none of the money went to ****** cancer. Is there a law saying that some money must go to the charity?

My niece owns her own store and she always donates 10% to cancer research. Especially ****** cancer since she’s a survivor. However, she uses the pink ribbon which is the American Cancer Society’s logo. So anyone using that, has to have permission. If they are selling products and telling you they are for cancer research but you see no evidence of it, don’t go there and report them because they are falsely advertising. They have no right selling ****** cancer bracelets without the permission of the ACS. Check it out. Something is fishy there.

Yes, the store must disclose what charity the proceeds are going to benefit. They can not make up a charity. The store must be affiliated with e specific charity. At least 70% of the proceeds should go to ****** cancer research. 10% is nothing.
