is it possible to transfer money from a prepaid master to a debit card?

hey my mom bought me one of the those prepaid vanilla master card and i was wondering if its possible to transfer the money from there to my td canada trust debit card?

If it has the Visa or Mastercard logos on it you can do a cash advance on it for the amount of the balance at the bank and then put it into your other account to use your debit card.

probally not because its PREPAID card
and there is usually no way to get money from the prepaid card
you cant use at ATM card casue there is no pin code
with the card, and you cant get cash back for the same reason
there is a roundabout way but this is only if you have
paypal and both card have to be link to paypal..
then you can transfer money from the prepaid card
to paypal account then transfer money from paypal
