HAs anyone filed a lawsuit to stop these companies from using taxpayer money?

Seems that would apply to these big companies spending taxpayer money.

Why do you assume it is taxpayer money? Maybe the government will just print more money, as they always have done.

They should be removed from office for not obeying the CONSTITUTION, that is what needs to be done. Every elected official had not done what the oath has said they should.

Our Secretary of Treasury claims he was stone walled when he contacted AIG about 165 million in bonuses paid to their employees. AIG refuses to disclose where the bail out money has gone. Our government it seems is a puppet government just as “The Obama Deception” has claimed. We can’t outspend the Bankers in charge but we must out vote them. First and foremost, vote out those self serving lifers in Congress in 2010. The ones who voted yes to that TARP against the will of the majority of the population.
