My dog licks her feet a lot and has thin hair. How much should I expect to spend at the vet?

I have a 2 year old boxer mix. Lately, she’s started licking her feet a lot. I believe it may be allergies. She also has really thin hair around her mouth/nose, her legs and belly. I got her when she was about 6 months old and she had puppy mange. The vet took care of that and I haven’t taken her back to the vet since then. I just took a big hit from some medical bills so I don’t have a lot of money to spend. Can anyone give me an idea on how much I would probably need to spend at a vet? Also, is there any other options other than the vet? I know she needs to see a doggy doctor but I don’t know if there’s anywhere that would be willing to help her without the cost of the vet.
