Transexuality and Homosexuality are two separate things. Just ask any ********** if they believe they are a woman trapped in a mans body – you will be told no! Most transexuals believe theirselves to be straight, their gender does not match their sex, but the base their sexuality off of their gender.

Ayatollah Khomeini does not represent true islam by the way! And by the way even though I don’t like Ayatollah Khomeini, I will defend him in this an call you a LIAR! Until you can further provide proof that he really done this because your link does not work!

The basic idea seems to be the same as in the west; that *********** people are born with one gender identity and an opposing body ***. As long as we consider the gender identity primary, the correction of the body’s *** is no different from the correction of any other birth defect.
Unfortunately, many people confuse transsexuality with homosexuality. These are two different things. Most *** and ******* people are most comfortable in their body *** and would suffer in transition. Many trans people are ******* or *** relative to our gender identity, and hetero relative to our original body ***.
