Will I get my money back when the store doesn’t offer bigger sizes?

I bought a leather jacket for my husband which didn’t fit. The store doesn’t carry bigger sizes and doesn’t offer money back just store credit. He doesn’t want anything else in the store. What do we do?

Astore that states its return policy in advance, or prints it on your receipt is under no obligation to return your money.
You may ask them nicely, but doubt you will be successful.

Ask to speak with the store manager and work your way up. Next, call BBB and file a complaint. Call consumer action groups and make some noise. If you keep at it, they’ll give you your money back.

Your out of luck. Can you use the store credit for future gifts for other relatives?
